We appointed 51 pro-active and confident brand ambassadors to represent BlackBerry at Orange stores throughout London, Kent, Essex, Oxfordshire and Manchester, over a period of 4 weeks. The teams’ main objective was to drive footfall to the Orange stores, raise awareness of the BlackBerry NFC enabled handsets.
NFC technology is a set of standards for smart phones to establish radio communication with each other by bringing them into close proximity. The technology is used in contactless payment systems and electronic ticket smart cards.
The teams also pushed the joint promotion between Orange and EAT stores in which customers have a chance to win a free treat from their local EAT outlet.
The campaign consisted of 51 staffing days in total, covering 17 store locations.
