Set up by a former experiential staffing manager, Mochito specialises in staffing for corporate hospitality, experiential marketing activity, conferences and events. The agency is based in Cardiff, but as the majority of clients are national brands, events companies and experiential agencies, our promotional and event staff database covers the whole of the UK.

Recruitment is carried out largely by recommendations from our most trusted staff, with new recruits being monitored closely by team managers while they are integrated into our team. Loyalty and hard work is rewarded, ensuring a happy and efficient workforce.
About the Director
Mochito was set up by Ceri Gravelle in September 2009. Ceri started work in the experiential marketing industry in the staffing department at Impetus Communications, where she later progressed to the role of Staffing Manager.
Here Ceri was responsible for a staff database of just over 4,000 staff, overseeing the staff management of national road shows and events for brands including Robinsons, Pepsi, Discovery Foods, Vodafone and Nivea.
Ceri took the decision to set up Mochito following a move back to her home country of Wales and the city of Cardiff, where she previously studied for an accountancy degree.
My time at Impetus was an enjoyable and invaluable step in learning the industry, the role and workings of the staffing department, and getting to know the promotional staff in the UK. My most valuable learning taken from this role is that staff work to their best when they are shown loyalty, trust and have a mutual respect for their staff bookers. With this in mind, I decided to set up Mochito, a boutique agency where our staff database is the heart and soul of the business.
